This is a 6-month program to match your needs, style, and goals. 

6 months allows you to really get into a new flow. It's just enough time to form a lifestyle that is second nature to you.

 

2x a month

We'll get together twice a month for 60-minute sessions either by phone or Skype.

Bonus: 

You'll also receive email and text support between sessions, whenever you feel lost or just need to chat. 

 
 

 
 

Step by Step

At the end of each session we'll decide on 2-3 action steps to get you ahead. In between our sessions you'll learn to trust yourself more and explore new things!
